This monoterpene constituent is also known as cis-Geraniol or Neryl Alcohol. It is a compound of Rose, Orange Blossom, and Lavender essential oils. Nerol emits a refreshing, sweet floral scent similar to that of Rose. The name Nerol comes from Neroli Oil from which it was originally derived.
